Cllr Mullaney&amp;#39;s report, I appreciate that it is a narrative report of highlights of the year and well done to all the council staff who have achieved so much. However, the selective use of statistics and absence of long term comparisons makes it very difficult to ascertain performance trends and I would question how council members can monitor efficacy and efficiency without these.
